Dublin South Central Humanists

Meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month in the Nutgrove Shopping Centre (the coffee concourse). John Leahy and Terry Crilly would like to encourage any Humanist members, or like-minded people drawing broadly from the areas of Dublin 6, 6W, 2, 8, 10, 12, and 14, to join them for a social chat, exchange of views etc. and from there we can develop into an active discussion group along the lines already successful local groups in many areas around the country. dublinsouthcentralhumanists@gmail.com


Humanist Families Group 

This new group had  their first meet-up in August 2016  at IMMA in Dublin.  Follow this group with Joe Rigby and Lucy Halpin Rigby on their  FaceBook page.

 

Cork Humanists 

The group meet on the first Tuesday of the month a new location in MYO Café, 34 Pope’s Quay, Cork City at 7.30 pm.  Details are also on http://corkhumanists.weebly.com/ or you can contact Geraldine O’Neill on 086 812 8892.

Their March meeting on Tuesday 7th. March 2017 at 7.30pm will include a talk by guest speaker Dr. Sandra McAvoy, lecturer in Women’s Studies at University College Cork on the topical theme of the repeal of the eight amendment to the constitution.

Humanists West

The Group serves Galway and surrounding areas, and meet in Galway City on the last Sunday of each month. Please note the change of venue: we are now meeting in the Anno Santo Hotel, Threadneedle Road, Salthill, Galway. The meetings start at 12 noon. North Dublin Humanist Community:

The North Dublin Humanist Community will be meeting on the 3rd Monday of the month from now on (mostly in Hedigans in Phibsborough, also known as the Brian Boru) so our next meeting will be Monday 21st November and we now have a space upstairs (turn right at the top of the stairs). If for some reason we’re not upstairs (because sometimes they may have a paid gig) we’ll be downstairs…
