Change to Membership Renewals
We are making a change to membership renewal dates so that from the 1st July, 2014 the renewal date for all members will happen on this one unique day each year. People can still join at any time of year, but everyone will renew on July 1st, starting in 2014.
The current system for collecting subscriptions is cumbersome and prone to error. The new system will streamline membership maintenance.
To enable this to work we seek your help and co-operation in the transition year from 1st July 2013 to 1st July 2014. From the 1st July 2013 we will send you a reminder when your subscription is due and ask for an amount of money to see you through to the 1st of July 2014. After this you’ll pay again for a full year to take you from the 1st July 2014 to 1st July 2015 and so on for all subsequent years
