We continue our campaign to change the wording of the religion question for the next census to be held in 2016. This is our third census where we attempt to reach this goal. We are asking to have the current question, ‘What is your religion?’ replaced by ‘Do you practice a religion?’ We believe such a change will yield more reliable statistics which in turn will result in better planning data for those government departments which make use of such results.
